Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. They have three kids.
